Freddy Got Fingered (2001)

Freddy Got Fingered (2001) 🖕

“Before we even START… yeah no… this is gonna get unhinged.”

⚠️ MAJOR WARNING / DISCLAIMER ⚠️

This movie is:

extremely offensive

deeply immature

aggressively gross-out

and at times just… what the actual hell am I watching

We’re talking:

uncomfortable humor

crude jokes pushed WAY too far

scenes that exist purely to shock you

If you’re not in the mood for something that feels like it’s actively trying to break your brain…

> Yeah… turn back now.

Let’s start by showing y’all the trailers shall we?

And immediately you realize:

> “Oh… this isn’t a movie. This is a warning sign.”

🧾 Non-Spoiler Plot Overview

The story follows Gord (Tom Green), a man-child trying to become an animator while making the worst possible decisions at every single turn.

That’s the plot.

Technically.

But really?

This movie is just an excuse for Tom Green to do whatever chaotic, gross, nonsensical thing pops into his head.

There is no structure.

There is no restraint.

There is only:

> chaos.

🎭 Character Rundown

Gord (Tom Green)

This might be one of the most unlikable protagonists ever created.

Also I never been a tom green fan, his timeline is type of humor just annoys me

Not in a:

“he’s flawed” way

or “he grows over time” way

No.

He’s just:

> loud
gross
annoying
and completely unhinged

And the movie NEVER pulls him back.

It just keeps doubling down.

The Family

His dad especially is constantly yelling and losing patience—which honestly?

> Same.

Because watching Gord is like watching someone actively try to ruin every situation they’re in.

⏱️ Pacing / Episode Flow

There is no pacing.

There is only:

> “What’s the next insane thing we can do?”

Scene to scene feels like:

random idea

escalate it

make it grosser

move on

It’s like flipping through someone’s brain at 3AM.

✅ Pros

“Daddy would you like some sausage?”

Okay.

We HAVE to talk about this.

Because somehow… SOMEHOW…

This is the funniest scene in the entire movie.

It’s so stupid.

So random.

So completely out of nowhere.

And yet it hits that perfect level of:

> “What am I watching… and why am I laughing?”

And since I got the suffer through it now, still do y’all.

Yeah, good luck sleeping tonight.I think you should be sleeping with one eye open tonight.

It’s the one moment where the chaos actually works.

You laugh, but also:

> “I think I just lost a piece of my sanity.”

❌ Cons

This movie is aggressively awful

Not just bad.

Not just messy.

Aggressively bad.

Like it’s trying to push you away.

The humor is beyond immature

This is bottom-of-the-barrel, shock-value humor.

And it doesn’t stop.

It just keeps going.

And going.

And going.

It’s gross for the sake of being gross

There’s no cleverness.

No setup.

Just:

> “Let’s make this as uncomfortable as possible.”

The tone is… nonexistent

Is this satire?

Is it anti-comedy?

Is it just chaos?

The movie doesn’t care.

It just throws everything at you and hopes something sticks.

It gets DARK in weird ways

And not in a meaningful way.

Just in a:

> “Why did the movie go there??”

kind of way.

🎬 Final Thoughts

This is one of those movies where you’re not asking:

> “Is this good?”

You’re asking:

> “Why does this exist?”

And the answer feels like:

> “Because someone gave Tom Green money and no supervision.”

⭐ Rating

0/10

This is not a movie.

This is an experience.

And not a pleasant one.

⚠️ Spoiler Warning

Alright…

brace yourself.

🚨 Spoilers (Full Rant Mode)

From the very beginning, the movie just throws you into Gord’s insanity.

There’s no build-up.

No grounding.

Just:

> “Here’s this guy. He’s gonna make your life harder now.”

Every scene feels like it’s trying to outdo the last in terms of:

absurdity

grossness

randomness

And instead of building toward anything…

It just spirals.

You’ve got moments that feel like they belong in completely different movies, stitched together with zero care.

And the more it goes on, the more you realize:

> “There is no plan here.”

And somehow, in the middle of all this chaos…

you get the sausage scene.

Which is STILL the one moment where everything weirdly clicks.

Like the movie accidentally became funny for 30 seconds.

And then immediately goes back to being insane.

By the time you reach the end, you’re not satisfied.

You’re not entertained.

You’re just sitting there like:

> “What did I just watch?”

🧠 Final Final Thought

This isn’t just a bad comedy.

This is a movie that feels like it’s testing your limits.

And honestly?

It might win.
