🎵 Let’s Start Off Right: The Theme Song, Y’all!
🧟 Today’s Mission: One Iconic Episode
Ohhhh today we’re in for a spooky treat as today we will tackle this classic show and review one specific iconic episode.
So what’s this show about? Why y’all even asking that—so we follow our main group:
Fred
Shaggy
Scooby-Doo
Velma
Daphne
Where we follow them and investigate weird monster sightings. Of course, that’s always the premise of this show.
👻 Why This Review? One Word: Space Kook
Why did I wanna review this series? Well, it’s because I wanna talk about that one specific iconic episode that haunted many generations.
The Space Kook.
Yes, that’s the name of the creature. Yes, that’s a glowing ghost skeleton in an astronaut suit. And good luck sleeping peacefully tonight after hearing that eerie laughter.
🏚️ The Plot: Haunted Gold Mine Madness
So the premise of this episode is the gang gets wind of this spooky kook who’s haunting a gold mine, so they have to investigate what’s going on.
I won’t spoil the rest of the episode because this specific time I truly think y’all should go watch this episode. It’s really good, also it’s iconic and creepy for a reason.
That thing I just showed you is why.
😂 Classic Scooby-Doo Dumbassery (And I Love It)
What I will spoil and share with y’all though is one of my favorite jokes in this episode.
Yes, you saw that right. So let’s break down this clip in case some of y’all don’t click on it.
Shaggy and Scooby-Doo enter a cabin to hide, they lock the door with a key and toss the key out the window.
They see a door and decide to push a table to it so the spooky kook can’t get inside, turns out for them that the door is pulled not pushed, so the kook opens the door up.
So now Shaggy and Scooby-Doo have to get out of the cabin but oh no—the door is locked and the key is outside thanks to them.
So this leads Scooby-Doo to run out the window to the outside and pick the key up. Then proceed to run back inside so they can unlock the door.
(Heheheheheheheheheheh)
I’m sorry, that’s just something you can’t make up. I miss the old days of comedy like that.
They ran out the window (so technically they are outside and away from the monster) just to pick up the key and run back inside the building with the monster. Yeah—really smart.
🏆 Final Rating: No Brainer
Now it’s time to get the rating out of the way.
Overall: 10/10.
Please go watch this show. It’s amazing.
💧On the Jarrodism Scale, this one left me feeling all moisty
