Dantes Inferno EA Game

Dantes Inferno: let’s start by showing y’all the trailers shall we?

Ok, let’s get into this shall we…..so we all know about Dantes’s Inferno right? Even if we’ve not read about it we know of it…..u know the 9 layers of hell?…….so I feel like I don’t need to get too much into each layer of hell……so let’s get into the review shall we?

Also warning ⚠️, this game has tons of nudity.

Essentially the plot rundown is Dante comes back from his Crusade to witness his wife Beatrice getting taken away by Satan, so now he must enter the 9 circles of hell to save his wife.

That’s all I’ll say for the non-spoilers.

Anyway I’ll give Dantes Inferno a solid 10/10, yeah it’s a really fun and gorgeous EA game. Yeah, rare for me to say about EA.

But before they took and ruined Star Wars, they did give us some great games such as

Dantes Inferno

American Mcgees Alice

Alice Madness Returns

Warning spoilers ahead y’all been warned ⚠️.

So in this game, the story is our main character named Dante, he was out at war on one of the Crusades.

Anyways Dante returns home to see his wife dead and naked in the backyard, where Satin appears and takes her soul to hell….oh how wonderful.

This is where the plot officially kicks in when Dante heads down through the 9 layers of hell with the help of Virgil to make his way to his love Beatrice.

Anyways so uh Dante fights against death himself and kills death, yeah it doesn’t make any sense then he takes his scythe so now he has Death giant scythe on his back…..its a cool weapon but also uhh how does he fit that on his back? Shouldn’t it be heavy?….. The answer ur looking for is to shut up it is a game deal with it lol.

Also, Dante gets this red cloth cross of all his sins stitched on his chest, yikes.

In case y’all don’t know, Dantes Inferno is based on a book called Dantes Inferno, or as it’s called the Devine comedy. Honestly, I like that name better.

In this book who is written by Dante (no not Dante in the book), we get a very realistic (if u believe in heaven or hell) interpretation of Hell, where Dante depicts Hell as having 9 layers.

Also, it’s thanks to this book, that we get confirmation that where satin is located (down in the 9th circle) it’s ice cold down there not hot and firey.

Also here’s what every 9 circles represents in case y’all are curious.

Circle 1: Limbo:
For the unbaptized and virtuous pagans who, though not sinful, are separated from God’s grace.

Circle 2: Lust:
For those who succumbed to desires, who are punished by being tossed about by a raging storm.

Circle 3: Gluttony:
For those who indulged excessively in food and drink, were punished by being submerged in filth plus freezing rain.

Circle 4: Greed:
For those who hoarded or squandered wealth, were punished by endlessly pushing heavy boulders at each other.

Circle 5: Anger:
For the wrathful and sullen, punished by eternal battle in the River Styx, with the wrathful fighting each other on the surface and the sullen gurgling beneath.

Circle 6: Heresy:
For those who denied the true faith, were punished by being sealed in flaming tombs.

Circle 7: Violence:
For those who committed violence, were further divided into sub-circles or rings, with punishments like being boiled in blood or being exposed to the elements.

Circle 8: Fraud:
For those who committed fraud, were divided into ten bulges, with punishments ranging from being submerged in boiling pitch to being tormented by demons.

Circle 9: Treachery:
The deepest circle, for those who betrayed their benefactors or masters, punished by being encased in ice, with Satan himself at the center.

Anyway there’s that history lesson for the day, back to the game. So in this game, after u fight Death Himself, yes that’s right Death Himself. U end up stealing his scythe, which is this massive skeletal scythe that u will be using to fight Montero boss fights.

Dante will also be freeing souls from hell who he knew on earth when they were alive, such as his own mom Dunn Dunn Dunn.

Anyway so eventually Dante makes it to his wife who’s now evil. So he has to fight her then he sends her soul to heaven, then he goes down to the 9th and final level of hell to fight against Satan.

What I love about the portrayal of how big Satan is in this game is on our way down we see these big chains that we have to cut through, we the audience, and Dante don’t know those chains are holding Satan down.

So the finale of this game is Dante fighting against Satan, then he heads back up to earth and rips off his clothes off his chest, why he didn’t do that the first time is beyond me.

Anyway the end, I hope y’all enjoyed this review. I do recommend going out to play this game, anyways till next time
