Star Wars Force Unleashed: Let’s start off with showing y’all the trailers shall we?

Where to start? Well, firstly I’m a huge fan of these 2 games. Yes I know I’m gonna get some hate for that but it’s true.

So to give some context to this game, these 2 Force Unleashed games are no longer Canon thanks to Disney. Now granted George Lucas didn’t consider these 2 games Canon either, so take that as u will.

Granted I see where he’s coming from because the main character Starkiller is so overpowered.

I’ll give a slight spoiler now, wanna know how strong Starkiller is? Well, there’s a point where Starkiller uses the force to tear apart and yank out of the sky a Star Destroyer.

Yep, he’s that powerful. Guess u can say more powerful than Vader himself.

BTW one of the best things about these 2 games they both have a branched ending so u get to pick ur ending u want to play out. Either Dark Side ending or Light Side ending, I’ll allude to that later in spoilers.

So let’s get the rating out of the way so we can get into some spoilers, overall this game will get a 10/10, warning spoilers ahead y’all been warned.

So in this game u open up playing as Darth Vader on Kyshyyyk slaughtering Wookies, yep u start off by playing at God level basically.

Anyways Vader locates a Jedi who he kills after a fight, he finds the guy has a kid he’s watching over, so Vader decides to rake the kid under his wing. Heck, he eliminates his own men when they try to kill the kid. Oh btw the kid has the force, he uses it to yank Vader’s lightsaber out of his hand.

Vader didn’t kill a kid for that? Well, that’s impressive. Anyways the kid becomes this adult named Starkiller (voiced by Sam Witwer, yes the guy who goes on to voice Darth Maul in The Clone Wars).

Vader sends Starkiller out to go kill a Jedi, the Jedi name is Kota. Starkiller locates him and blinds him instead, Emperor eventually finds out about Starkiller. He’s afraid Vader is training him to kill the Emperor (which he isn’t wrong).

So he has Vader kill him, Vader does so he stabs him. But Starkiller wakes up being healed. Vader sends Starkiller out to find the rebellion, gain their trust then they will kill them once and for all.

Anyways u end up heading out with ur trust robot friend named Proxy and ur female friend named Juno Eclipse who’s an imperial officer, eventually yall turn over a new leaf and join the rebellion because y’all have a change of heart.

Vader shows up later, Starkiller realizes he is there to kill him and he has no plan to kill the Emperor together as he promised. Vader said I lied, but I will kill the Emperor just not with u.

Yeah Vader is a prick, isn’t he? Anyways come to the third act, u have to go face Vader and the Emperor because they got Bail Organa, and the blind Jedi held there to torture them.

Essentially the third act turns into a fight against Vader, now it’s time to talk about the branched ending.

So if u pick the Light Side ending this is what happens, you’re given the choice to kill Vader or save Bail and the blind Jedi from dying if u spare Vader who’s already badly injured. U get to go save ur 2 friends and fend off the Emperor.

Unfortunately, though Starkiller dies due to the massive force of The Emperor’s lightning. Then Vader and the Emperor stand over Starkillers corpse, Vader says he will hunt down and destroy the rest of the rebellion, just like the Emperor always intended.

The Emperor says if one single rebel manages to escape, this could be our undoing. Then the game ends with Leia taking the data that Starkiller stole to help the rebellion out.

Anyway now let’s talk about the Dark Side ending, so if u pick the Dark Side ending u will end up killing Vader, but this leads to Bail Organa being killed off, the rest of his friends make it out except Bail Organa.

Then the Emperor tosses a ship onto Starkiller, and he then wakes up on an operation table (similar to Darth Vader in Revenge Of The Sith), this time Starkiller has a helmet on his face. Some metal claws edged into his fingers, his skin is pale and he has some robot joints under holes in his skin. What the hell did the Emperor do to him?

Anyways he tells him he can still be helpful to the Emperor, he still has enemies he needs getting rid of. But then just like Vader u will be cast aside, so the game ends with the robots jamming a needle through the mask where his eye is, and we pan out as we hear him screaming.

Yikes that’s haunting, anyways this does lead to some DLC which I recommend checking out for yourselves. Anyways that’s the end of this review, I hope y’all enjoyed the review.
