Billie Eilish Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour

Billie Eilish Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour: yep that’s right we’re adding me talking about concerts I’ve been to, so far I’ve only been to 2 concerts (1 of which I don’t remember), but today we’re talking about Billie Eilish Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh. Before we get any further let’s show y’all the trailer shall we?

Woooooohooooo!!!! I can’t tell u how excited I was for this concert when I heard she’d be coming out here to Pittsburgh for a concert tour, I just had to go….she’s one my favorite modern singers next to Sabrina Carpenter….but besides that, I usually don’t care much for modern singers or modern music.

Here’s a video of her describing what her 8 hours before the concert is like.

BTW this is the list of songs Billie Eilish sang at the PPG Paints Arena.

Here’s the Playlist of Billie Eilish Hit Me Hard and Soft Playlist.

As a bonus, she also sang these songs at the concert as well (these songs are my favorite btw).

Yeah if y’all really couldn’t tell already I had a blast at this concert, but I now wanna give a rating of the concert it’s which also includes the experience….then we will dive into my perspective of a concert from an autistic adult.

So overall I absolutely loved going to this concert, as stated Billie Eilish is my favorite singer, I was glad I got to live thud experience. Also, I invited my sister and a friend of mine to go with me.

It was a fun time, so I’ll give this concert a solid 10/10. Now let’s talk about the experience.

Ok so where to begin, well firstly I should talk about how I felt while being there…when we got there it was abundantly clear I was gonna have massive anxiety because there was like a crowd of like 20k people outside….I didn’t think about it in advance (no idk why, ignorance is bliss), anyways we got there and waited outside for 20ish min to get inside when the doors opened up at 7 pm.

Unfortunately, it was gonna rain soon so everyone around us was like eeeeek I don’t want to get wet, plz Don’t let it rain plz Don’t let it rain…I mean I don’t blame them I agree, I don’t like getting wet either. And no I’m not The Wicked Witch of The West!

So once we got in, got past the security entrance. We went up like 4 to 5 flights of stairs, plus a pair of escalators. We had to make it to our row which was in row 110, yeah the PPG Paints Arena is huge btw in case some y’all don’t know. But if some y’all don’t live in Pittsburgh I recommend looking this place up. They also play sports games there as well such as The Pittsburgh Penguins Hockey Game. Here’s an image of thr place.

Stunning isn’t it?

BTW get this the PPG Paints Arena is kinda strict, they don’t allow u to bring in bags or purses, yep that strict….if u ask me kinda dumb. But hey I can understand.

Anyway so when we got up there we first went into the long line for the merchandise, keep in mind this line went from all the way to the start of the concession stands, this building inside is circular so the line was about a quarter or a circle… but the line did go by fast.

While we waited in line my sister got some chicken wings and fries, I pursued to do the same thing when she came back…I got myself fried and chicken wings. I could have gotten a soda but I stopped myself, I brought myself a water bottle instead.

Yeah, I’ve been trying to cut soda mainly out of my life, and I feel I’ve been doing a good job at that so far.

We stood there in the fast line eating fries and chicken wings, anyways I brought myself a $50 long-sleeve shirt of Billie Eilish….that is the color red, brought my friend a shirt as well as my sister. Yeah, the merchandise is expensive, unfortunately.

After we got our merchandise we went to locate our seats (we were close enough up to the stage we were like 3 to 4 rows away from the floor next to the stage).

BTW remember how I said the concert started at 7 pm? Well, Billie Eilish didn’t start until 8:30 pm, so I went to the restroom and took time to sit there and calm my nerves down. Luckily there was time, like uhhhh around 45 min left of time, I wasn’t interested in the opening singers. Btw I had a bit of anxiety and panic in the restroom…I did take that moment to calm myself down, again I can’t do confined spaces with crowds….especially 20k people.

But I quickly pushed that panic aside when my excitement for that night came up, anyway at 8:30 when the concert started.

Side note before the Billie Eilish concert started, everyone started doing the waves for some odd reason. Idk why but all I know is we joined in doing it.

Here’s the album I created that has the videos and images I took of the concert, hope y’all enjoy it.

BTW warning to anyone who has epilepsy most of the videos contain tons of flashing strobing lights

Her portion went on for 1 hour and 30 minutes, also yes I took a pair of headphones because I needed it…I mean imagine it, being in a room of 20k plus people just screaming in joy all the while the singer is singing in a microphone with tons of speakers around the stage. Yeah, I recommend taking headphones to concerts when u go.

One of the best things about her concert is she has such an amazing stage presence, also remember how I said we were close enough? Well, there were multiple moments when flames popped out of the stage, we could feel the heat from the flames.

It was also fun seeing the multitude of strobing lights come out of the stage, it sometimes looked like a laser show.

Also funny thing, there was a segment where Billie Eilish asked everyone to be quiet because she was going to overlap a song of hers for her upcoming album.

But yet some people still yelled out “I LOVE U BILLIE!” My thought was oh yeah we’re totally being quiet now, aren’t we? Hehe hehe.

BTW I now have a new favorite song, the song is called Chihiro, here’s the song.

I know u can’t tell but I’m jamming right now because the song is playing in my head! Woooooohooooo!

We had tons of fun, everyone was jumping up and down dancing, I joined in and did bit of dancing and jumping.

Anyway the concert itself went on for 1 hour and 30 min, to me that’s a perfectly good length. It took us 20ish min to get out of the building to our parent’s car….we had to walk 5 blocks to meet them at a place to be picked up, yeah that’s how crowded the place was. Also, there was traffic of course.

So that’s about it actually, so overall I had a blast. I love her music, but the crowd was slightly stressful to be around. Definitely recommend headphones to any concerts because it’s so dang loud. Also, might I recommend their chicken tenders and fries, a great meal for a concert?

If any of y’all got to go see the Billie Eilish concert at any place she did her concerts at. I hope y’all had fun as well, anyways this is the next review I’m working on, till next time.
