Oh dear lord where do I start with this series…..well firstly, this show is a spinoff to SpongeBob SquarePants……and secondly….this is a Paramount plus original…..as in u won’t get to see it anywhere else……not like some of u would want to any ways……trust me it ain’t worth it……this show is meh at best……..BTW this show was set up and heavily teased the SpongeBob SquarePants Sponge on the Run film…….I’d any of u seen that movie….then u would know what I’m talking about…….BTW the way Kamp Koral looked in that film looked ten times better then it does in this show…..it seems the animation budget went down….and Kamp Koral itself isn’t as detailed as it was represented as in the film……thats false marketing if I’ve ever seen one……and I’d ur wondering how bad is the animation….well to put it bluntly….some of the times the animation looks horrible…….just no way to say that nicely….like at all……oh and the majority glaring issue with this show is….it has to many retcons!!……here’s a list of them….

• SpongeBob meets Mr Krabs….because he’s the guy in charge of Kamp (funny i thought he never met Mr Krabs up until the very first episode of SpongeBob…..where he went in in job…..but hey I guess screw continuity…am i right?) Sighhhhhhh 

• Sandy Cheeks meets SpongeBob in this show as a kid (funny I remember he never met her before….until he did in that first episode he met her….but again hey continuity…what’s that?)….BTW u should see the way this show explains that……in one episode we see this version of sandy….talk to a modern day version of sandy…on a hologram…and modern day Sandy…says I’m glad I sent u in the past past keep the time line I’m tact…..

….wow that’s just a terrible cop-out if u ask me…..and lazy writing if u ask me…..but hey, I guess u don’t need clever writing or logical thinking in ur shows or films anymore…to get a job at Hollywood…..Jesus Christ…..Hollywood has lost it

• SpongeBob meets plankton….because he’s the cook at this Kamp….yeah don’t think to hard about it (again funny…..he didn’t know about plankton……in fact I remember in the first episode we do see him…SpongeBob has no idea who or what he is….but hey I guess according to this show since it’s cannon…..SpongeBob must have had some horrible amnesia or something, to forget he net plankton and Mr Krabs.. and sandy…when he was a kid….but hey continuity is down the drain at this point…so why stop there)

Wow, just a bunch of Retcons there tossing around huh….its like…….u get a Retcon! And u get a Retcon! And u get a Retcon!….

Everyone gets a Retcon!…….Jesus flicking lord…..anyways this whole 6 episode season is about young SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick at Kamp……..thats basically it….also get this……Larry the Lobster and Squidward….and Ms Puff and Plankton and Mr Krabs all work here at Kamp Koral…..wow such a major coincidence that all the well known SpongeBob SquarePants characters are in the same location…….oh and guess what? This version of SpongeBob SquarePants doesn’t know how to do jelly fishing……yet he knows how to cook…..yep ok that makes sense……I guess?…….honestly I feel like the original developer of SpongeBob SquarePants, is well rolling in his grave…..because he told Nickelodeon he didn’t want his property to get spinoffs….well guess what?….to late……we now got a a spinoff show….and soon to come is a Patrick the star spinoff show…..because why the frick not…..at this point just milk the SpongeBob property until its dry…..sighhh……honestly maybe check this show out if any of u have Paramount Plus……but also no just dont…….I’m gonna give this show a solid 4.8/10
