Thor the Dark World: so the plot of this film is that an army of these species called the dark Elfs…..and there leader Malekith (played by Christopher Eccleston) (u people might remember that actor as the doctor in the hit BBC Doctor Who) so anyways back way then….the asgardians….defeated the elfs….and they go into hiding…..oh and they take Malekith weapon which is called the aether…..otherwise known as the reality stone….which can bend reality as we know it…..or alter it if u will…..so now back to modern day….I forget what happens but somehow Jane Foster gets Teleported to the aether and it goes into her…so now she has the aether in her…and that somehow wakes the dark elfs…..because they can sense the aether…..so um yeah Thor takes Jane up to his world to get her some help….oh don’t worry Odin isn’t fine with this until Thor mentions the dark elfs…….Odin ain’t happy a human is up there in the God world…..oh then he tells them about the dark elvs……oh and if ur wondering where is professor Erik Selvig is in a mental institution….because after he got un-possessed he went a bit crazy….he was caught running outside in broad daylight….naked and running around and ranting on about nonsense……so yeah he’s in a mental institute….ok so back to the aether…..the dark elfs and Malekith come to asgard….and attack them……Malekith kills thors mother….Thor burns half of Malekith face with lightning…..anyways Malekith escapes and Thor and father and people give a funeral to his mother…..they burn her body….so Thor breaks Loki out of his cell….yeah Loki is upset that his mom is dead….she literally was the only one he cared about….heck he was told by a guard that his mother got killed and he was pissed…..understandable…..so anyways Thor and loki escape ….loki takes Thor to a secret tunnel that has a portal in it and it leads them to Malekith planet….so if ur wondering what else happens….well loki gets killed off…by Malekith…..also Malekith gets the aether out of Jane….so now he has the aether…..so now Thors sad because his brother is dead…..and now him and Jane go break out Erik….don’t ask me why….they have a plan to put transmitters into the ground that can open up portals…..don’t ask me how…..so anyway they go to Washington where Malekith and his army and his big ship land at…he starts trying to destroy buildings with the aether……so anyways Thor gets into a fight with Malekith…..and they duel…..long story short they Teleport him back to his planet and have his ship crush him….lolol…also Thor goes to his dad and tells him he doesn’t want to be king and he wants to leave that to his dad to do….but turns out it aint his dad…..its Loki in disguise….so unknowingly he just handed the throne to Loki…🤦‍♂️…oh and there’s an end credits scene where Sif and another of thors friend takes the aether to a guy named the collector (played by Benicio del Toro)…..and he says 1 down 5 to go…….see i had no idea what he was talking about the but I know know he’s talking about the 6 infinity stones…..so anyways this film was not great….its important to watch it because an infinity stone appears in this film…ill give it a 4/10
