The Lego Movie: im gonna start off with saying this is the best out of the Lego films in my opinion……and here’s the trailer……I still have nostalgia for this film…….mainly because I love legos….

• so in this film, there’s this villain named Lord Buisness (voiced by Will Ferrell), he enters lava fortress to retrieve something called the Kraggle….which is Krazy glue…….his plan is to glue everyone in place to meet his perfect vision of a world he wants…….oh joy…..anyways a guy named Vitruvius (voiced by Morgan Freeman) is protecting the glue stick….but not for long….because lord Buisness comes in and blinds Vitruvius by having army of robots shoot a lazer at his eyes…..yikes……so anyways now he has the glue stick……we get introduced to our main character named Emmet (voiced by Chris Pratt)….he’s an average day lego…who works at a construction job……this leads to my favorite scene 

So anyways one day he bumps into a woman named Wild Style…..remember her for later…….Emmet then somehow falls into a hole and finds the piece of resistance…..the prophecy says the chosen one will find the piece of resistance to defeat the Kraggle…….so he finds it and it attaches to his back….he was up in a cop building being interrogated by a cop named Bad cop….(voiced by Liam Nissan)…he wants to know how he got that piece of resistance…..anyways Wild Style comes and saves Emmet….they escape….a car chase happens….its epic….Wild Style takes Emmet through a portal that’s behind the giant Lego background sky…..they go through it and land in the old west……confused?…yeah well live with it….thats how bizzare this film is…..so they got to a bar….on the way there Wild Style explains to Emmet what’s been going on….turns out lord Business wants to get rid of legos that make no sense…that don’t mesh together….so he created walls to block off stuff away from each other….hm strange doesn’t he sound familiar……oh wait…..(no im not gonna mention him….I don’t talk politics in my reviews)…..so skipping a bit they want to defeat lord Buisness….to reunite every Lego person together…..so they meet Vitruvius at a bar….he tells Emmet is the chosen one….but Emmet has no creativity…or he’s not unlocked it…..but then robot cowboys come knock on the door with bad cop….anyways a giant car chase happens….just go with it…..they get onto of a train…..bad cop blows up the bridge….as they about to fall off….batman comes in and saves them in his Bat-Wing….oh and he’s voiced by Will Arnett……this is the best character in this film……so anyways him and Wild Style are dating…..Emmet is in lobe with her blah blah…..batman turns his BatWing into a batmobile….they ride off to a place called Cloud CooKoo land….and its actually a giant cloud…and inside is just a whole lot of randomness…..and I mean that…….there they meet a cat named princess Uni-Kitty….she has a bit of an anger problem…that she hides……in cloud CooKoo land there’s no rules….how wonderful…….so they get all together for a meeting….and in there are I kid u not….Abe Lincoln,  Michelangelo (the teenage mutant ninja turtle)….mermaids, NBA all Stars, 90s something space guy, Michelangelo the artist……..yeah just a whole lot of random…..so anyways Emmet tells them of his plan…he has none…then bad cop and his army come in and attack….because they attached a tracker to Emmet….uh oh…our main characters including Uni-Kitty escape in a submarine they start making….while Emmet builds a double decker couch……don’t ask……..cloud city gets burned down…don’t think about it….a cloud burning?….everyone gets arrested…..uh oh……oh and our main characters bump into a pirate named Metal Beard…forget to mention he was at the meeting…..so they decide to all tram up and trust in Emmet……he says we need to follow the instructions……they decide to make vehicle that looks like one of lord Buisness vehicles…so they can sneak in….down side they need a hyperdrive machine and they don’t have one….luckily the Millennium Falcon comes out of nowhere……because of course it does…..batman gets into the Millennium Falcon because they said we party and we looking for people to party with…but he goes inside to steel the hyperdrive….so with there vehicle built they sneak in….there plan word up until they try to get the piece of resistance onto the Kraggle….lord Business sees this happen and captures them…..oh and he kills Vitruvius …..by decapitating him with a coin…..….jeez thats dark for a kids film…..then Vitruvius dies……lord Buisness ties up all the main characters…he tosses the piece of resistance down a worm hole…BTW if ur wondering what his plan is…..on taco Tuesday he’s gonna freeze everyone with glue……jeeeezus…….so lord Buisness heads out with his army in his giant ship….that looks like a giant Lego brick…….he and his army of robots start freezing people……uh oh……Emmet decides to jump down into the worm hole….I forget why….now If ur wondering where he lands into….well u see….he lands into the human world…….yep that’s right….this entire time they were controlled by a small kid……playing with his legos in a big Lego city…..now if ur wondering who built the city…well its his dad of course,  played by Will Ferrell…..he doesn’t want his son to play down there because thats all his stuff and blah blah…..he wants things to look perfect……so yeah basically lord Business is him……shocker…….so he starts taking apart his sons legos in his Lego city…….the small kid puts Emmet back into the city……..Emmet wakes up and somehow becomes a master builder…….a master builder is……a person who’s mastered how to build creatively…..so Emmet goes and stops lord Buisness……and guess what it takes to stop him……all Emmet needed to do was say hay um stop being bad come on u can be special as well…..and it works…..why of course it does……and he puts the piece of resistance on the Kraggle….which blows it up….don’t ask…..his robots unfreeze everyone…..and lord Business is now good….oh and that kid I mentioned earlier….well his dad made up with him as well and now is allowing his son down there to play…..but now he’s gonna let his sons sister come down here as well…but the so. Is like what?……pffff….and the film ends work the tease of the next villains……a group of wacky looking Lego aliens that look to be made by a small kid…….the end….honestly I really love this film……its one of my favorites…..I recommend it….im gonna give this film a solid 10/10
