So ok i’m gonna start off with saying this this is by far the worst x-men movie I’ve ever seen….trust me….also heres the trailer

This film had so much problems, such as this film originally had a to much similar plot to captain marvel…I kid u not…..the plot was originally to similar to captain marvel….they had to rewrite the entire third act of the film…so anyways let’s get on with this heinous plot…..well I honestly forgot what happened in the beginning so ill try to tell u people what happened from what I remember….well lets see , Jennifer Lawrence looks like she’s phoning on her performance in this film…..like she is tired of this role…..see if an actor ain’t gonna give 2 shites about the role there playing…then why should I give 2 shites about there character? ….also her mystique makeup looks awful…..they changed her appearance to be light blue skin with barley any details on her skin like she did in previous films…oh and now she has bright red hair…….was not a fan of the outfit choice….although it looks comic book accurate……but still……oh also Charles Xavier is now a douchebag…only caring about fame and interviews……sorry just sorry….what?….thats not Charles….he’s never let fame get in the way….u kidding me!!….were not that long into this review and  this review is pissing me off…..sigh…..anyways also they have a phone that the government and president can call to tell them about a danger happening…….hahahahhaahh….what is this, thr Adam West Batman ……no this is X-men!!!……sigh……so anyways they get called up to go into space to rescue a shuttle…..our main characters….Jean and cyclops and beast and NightCrawler and Quicksilver…go into space……they do save the people on the shuttle….a bright light of beam starting to head towards them….and it hits Jean…which starts giving her the Phoenix powers…..so anyways they head back to earth and they put Jean in the med room….ok I want to take time to say, that we do see what happens to jeans family…..when she was a kid….while in a car ride with her mom and dad…her mother crashed the car in purpose…and she died….so the father gave his daughter up for adoption on purpose….didn’t want to do anything with her…and Charles took Jean in and raised her…oh and he didn’t tell her of any of this…so he lied to her…..great…again this ain’t Charles….this is bald man douchebag…thats what I’m calling him in this review…..also we get introduced to our main villian…..whos a shape shifting alien….whos being played by Jessica Chastain…….yes before IT chapter 2….Jessica Chastain and James McAvoy were in a movie together….in the same year…..so anyways if I remember correctly,  her plan is to take over earth….so anyways Jean decides to go see her dad…she finds out he didn’t want anything to do with her…thats depressing……so our main characters go and try to calm her down……that doesn’t work…she’s sad and losing control of her powers….heck mystique tries calming her down…..but instead Jean uses her powers and pushes mystique away from her into a broken tree…and she’s now impaled…and dies….in beasts arms….yes mystique is dead….don’t ask how that’s possible if this film in the timeline takes place before x-men 1 and 2 and 3……so anyways to summarize this scene up…..quicksilver gets injured and we never see him again in this film….and mystique dies……so they go back home and beasts is upset and blames charles…..also Jean goes and visits Erik….whos on an island filled with mutants that the government made for them…so they can live there own life….but when he finds out Jean killed mystique…he gets upset and recruits some men…to take her down….such as beast and some random mutant….yeah so beast is on opposite sides ……oh joy……also Jean Grey gets found by Jessica Chastain alien character….they both team up……magneto and his team go try to kill Jean Grey…..but then Charles and his team go and try to stop them…..they do….also Erik tries to go kill Jean but we see how powerful she is….she crushes magnetos helmet…..which almost impales his eye…..BTW his helmet design looks the same as from x-men first class….why has his helmet been through 4 changes?….idk….
I give up…..lets just say the script…..so anyways they get captured by the government…..they get put in a train…and getting sent somewhere…..anyways the aliens come onto the train, and starts attacking the guards…..so the xmen get free and starts attacking the aliens…..so anyways…Jean Grey comes and breaks the train in half and starts killing the aliens…..then a final fight happens near a carnival in the forest….again what did 2019 have with carnivals…..there was a carnival in the forest in this film,  a carnival in IT chapter 2, a carnival in stranger Thing’s 3…..I guess 2019 is the year of carnivals……so anyways the fight ends with Jean Grey sacrificing himself….by using the powers of the Phoenix …which i think destroys her body….and she sends herself and the alien into space and now the alien is dead and Jean Grey is the Phoenix….and apart of space……and now happy ending?…….I guess…..so anyways the end…..sigh, I hate this film alot…..they had a second chance to do the dark Phoenix story correctly….but noooo,  they ruin that chance by hiring the same script writer who wrote the script for last stand…..seriously?…wow, thats just why?…..thats never a good choice…..its dumb….u had a second chance and butchered ur second chance….im gonna give this film a solid 1/10
