X-men 1: if like to start off this movie trilogy which is X-men 1 and X-men 2 and X-men 3….have something in common with the Spiderman trilogy and blade trilogy….guess what it is?…well ill tell u in all of those…the first 2 films are great and the second film is somehow better then the first…oh and in all 3 of those trilogies…the third film is a dumpster fire….its like a common thing from late 1998 to early 2000s…..so anyways let me now get to the plot….so anyways the plot is, its the future from first class, and now Charles Xavier is played by Patrick Stewart….and magneto is played by Ian McKellen…….they are enemies….well I mean they both treat each other with respect,  because they consider themselves as friends….but there on opposite sides…anyways we get then introduced to our main character named Rogue (played by Anna Paquin), and we see her powers are…if she touches anyone….she drains there life force…not on purpose…..by accident…..so anyways she runs away after almost killing her boyfriend….and on the run she finds herself at a place where a wrestling cage match is happening….we do get introduced to our second main character….Logan,  played by Hugh Jackman…in my opinion he is wolverine….Hugh Jackman was born to play him…..we see his in the cage match….anyways after this fight happens…he goes to the bar and starts drinking…..but he gets kicked out because he starts a fight…..also rogue follows wolverine to his truck…and tries to ride in the back of his truck…he finds her and tries getting rid of her….long story short…he ends up giving her a ride….how nice…and they get into a car crash….because Logan hits a tree….oh and its snowing outside…..then we get introduced to our second villain named saber tooth….BTW this version of saber tooth makes no sense….he in this film has no resolution of Logan and doesn’t remember him….so that makes origins Wolverine,  pointless…..hm who cares that was a dumb film….but still….its like nothing is cohesive,  in these films….I have an answer to why saber tooth doesn’t remember logan…..because the script says so….so anyways 2 mutants  come and save Logan and Rogue….both the mutants names are Scott aka cyclops (played by James Marsden) and Jean Grey (played by Famke Janssen) …..they bring our 2 main characters to Charles Xavier….to his manor….which is a school for mutants…..ok then…..I should say this school has about the same amount of protection as hogwarts school has….meaning there’s none….so anyways,  blah blah blah rogue starts having a romance with a guy named Bobby aka Iceman (played by Shawne Ashmore), also Charles tries to read into logans mind to help him recover his lost memories….that goes nowhere,  meaning he can’t find a way to help…..also at first Logan refuses to stay at the school…but he decides to stay……also magneto captures the senator…named senator Kelly……..magneto turns him into a mutant…..oh and mystique is played by Rebecca Romijn…..also we get a short 2 second scene of a mutant named Kitty Pryde (played by Sumela Kay), bye see u Kitty,  can’t wait to see u again as a character in X-men 2. When ur recasted…..wait what?….yeah she gets recasted in x-men 2….in x-men 2 from then one she’s played by an actor named Ellen Page….who goes by the name now Elliott Page….because she’s now transgender…..good for him 

….u do u…I don’t judge….so anyways in the middle of this film, Charles controls saber tooth to grab magneto by his throat to threaten him…also he wants to read magneto mind to see his evil plan…but he can’t,  because he’s wearing the helmet….now I know what ur thinking why doesn’t he just have mind controlled saber tooth take off the helmet…..idk, the script so….so anyways senator Kelly escapes and comes to Charles school…..and they take him to the med room…BTW he is dying…….so yeah of course he dies like 5 to 6 min later….he turns into a pool off water ….yes u heard that right his whole body turned into a pool of water……yikes…so anyways I forget to mention that Charles falls into a coma…when he decided to put on carebro…..which is a helmet machine that allows him to locate other mutants and talk to them….reason he falls into a coma…is because mystique sneaks in….by changing her appearance….yeah she’s a shape shifter I forget to mention that….so our main group…..Logan and Rogue and Jean and cyclops and storm (played by  Halle berry)….forget to mention her….her powers are storm like powers…..also if ur wondering what magnetos plans are…..its to turn everyone into mutants….I really don’t know how to describe it…..he puts rogue in the middle of a machine on top of the statue of liberty….(right forget to mention he kidnapped rogue)…..and her powers will spread around to everyone…..so they go and stop him……storm fights against a mutant named toad…….and she defeats him by shooting lightning at him and saying a cringy joke….”do u know what happens to toads, if there struck by lightning? Same thing that happens to everything else”…….groan!!!!!….

……and wolverine fights against mystique….he stabs her…which should have killed her but nope it doesn’t…but thats for another time….and then wolverine fights saber tooth…that ends abruptly……after a fight in the statute of liberty….wolverine gets rogue put of the machine and he allows her to drain his energy a bit so she can re-heal….and the day is saved…magneto gets put in jail…..and the film ends with Charles and Erik doing a chess game…the end…honestly I found this film to be good….passable….corny…..u decide….its all 3 of those things.. anyways I’m gonna give this film a solid 8.9/10
