Ok, where do I start off with this…..well firstly I didn’t know this show Is based on a comic book series……all I know is I saw it on Netflix and decided to watch it….anyways here’s the trailer enjoy 

So anyways let’s get into the review……so in this show, we follow our main female character named Lucy Carlyle, who has an abusive mother…..the reason I bring that up is that Slightly later in the first episode her mom does slap her across the face…..Jesus lord, anyways her mom forces Lucy to join this ghost-hunting team that categories and recruits teenagers because in this alternate world, this show takes place in adults can’t sense or see ghosts but teenagers can….ok that’s unique……anyways btw this show takes place in Britain, just thought yall should know that….

So anyways Lucy Carlyle runs away from the main academy because her closest friend she made at the academy died on one of their missions….damn that hits hard…..so she decides to join a small ghost-hunting group called Lockwood and Co which is run by a guy named Anthony Lockwood……who is slightly just Slightly egotistical and feels he has to have to cameras every so slightly focus on him when the news reporters come and ask questions….but he isn’t fully egotistical just slightly, he is charming as well but also he ain’t perfect…….he’s trying to make a life of his own, he wants to prove to the academy he can technically run his own business…….ok now that’s a motivation to get behind…..then there’s his nerdy friend named George Karim who’s the technician guy…..he’s the brains of the group If yall couldn’t tell….

Also in this show, Lockwood has a rival named Quill Kipps, who’s just rude to Lockwood and his team……they kinda go up against each other In this show…..but their boss whose name is Inspector Barnes teams them together to work on the case there rivaling against….but secretly behind his back there not working together heck they do a bet….whoever solves the case first wins and the looser must leave the organization forever…..ohhhhhhhh…..so is it a shocker that by the end of this show our main team wins Also, Lucy finds our why Quill is harsh to Lockwood, its because he feels like he’s becoming irrelevant because he’s no longer fully capable of sensing ghosts…..he is loosing his ability to sense ghosts, but luckily Lucy is nice and she decides to keep his secret for him…..how generous…..

Yeah that’s the run-down of this show honestly that’s the overall rundown of this show I enjoyed it…..sorry this review is shorter, I just wanted to give my opinion on it…..I really hope Netflix green-lights a second season I really do……overall I’ll give this show a solid 10/10 give it a watch its on Netflix
