So remember how I said I’ve seen way to many zombie films?….well I wasn’t wrong……hence this film……I’m gonna be brutally honest with y’all….idk what made me want to watch this film….but I’m sure as hell glad I did…because this film is freaking awesome…..granted it’s nowhere close to being great ….or flawless…….in fact it’s kinda flawed……but hey what do u expect from a 1978 low budget zombie film……the whole premise of this film is….a group of people end up on a tropical looking island…and they soon find out the undead are coming back to life…..thats the premise of this film…..now before u ask how is this film oh so amazing?….well firstly….for the time it was made in…this was a really good film…its gory…..the film uses a lot of practical affects, and they work……they look gory and realistic…..the zombies makeup look great…..they look like rotting corpses…..in fact one of the zombie that comes out of the ground has worms coming our of its missing eye ball socket…..ew gross……yet epic….BTW this specific zombie that only appears in one scene then dies off…..is on the cover of this film……..I mean I don’t blame whoever made this to use that zombie as the cover art….that was one of the better looking zombies in this film……also I can’t forget to mention…this film gives us a great fight…..a zombie fights against a shark……..what I’m the actual heck am I actually watching right now?….this is sick……..yes plz sign me up….Id total pay to watch a zombie…..fight against a shark…….honestly if any y’all decide to get this streaming service….i highly recommend this film…its a must watch for zombie fans…..I’m gonna give this film a solid 9/10
