This version of Scooby-Doo is what I grew up with…..so I have tons of attachments to this show…..I know it’s not everyone’s favorite version of Scooby-Doo but honestly I think it’s fun and enjoyable………btw before we get any further here’s the theme song for the show….enjoy 

So now that we’ve got that out of the way let start off with stating that I completely understand how this show may not be for every Scooby-Doo fan…..the fact that almost each episode in this show involves a monster of some kind chasing the gang, just for them to find out the creature is a robot…..being controlled by a person, yeah I completely understand how that feels repetitive….granted this is from the same series where every episode the monster the gang discovers are humans that get unmasked every time by them…..so eh to each there own I guess…….

Now I do however want to mention this…..Jesus lord this show use to give me nightmares as a kid…….Idk why I kept continuing to watch this show, maybe something still was intriguing me about this show? Idk…..don’t get me wrong its a great show but also at same time this gave me sleepless nights for a long while when I was a kid, In fact I’m gonna break down the 2 specific episodes that gave me nightmares in this specific Scooby-Doo show….

So there’s this one episode where the gang goes to an old western town for a vacation that they got invited too, but they soon find out that the town is mostly contained of robots dressed as cowboys….for u see the people who are running this town thinks they should have robots be cowboys for the authentic cowboy Era…..yeah try making sense of that…….yeah robots, so if any yall don’t like anything revolving robotic humans then steer away from this…..btw if that’s not F**ked up enough well the beginning of the episode starts off uhhh pretty Grimm……for u see the beginning starts off with people at a Saloon enjoying themselves…..drinking and playing Pool, but then these bandits come in robbing them of there money….but then the sherif guy comes up behind the bandit leader grabs him and hits him which knocks the guys head onto the floor…..which we see the head role on the floor….also wires sticking out of its head and stump……jeepers yeah thats a great way to traumatize ur children audience…….by knocking a humanoid looking robot persons head onto the floor…….

Well I hope u didn’t want to sleep tonight because I sure as heck don’t!!….lolo So yeah and if u don’t think that’s nightmare fuel already and if any yall are saying hey come on that’s it? Really what’s all the hoopla about….well then let’s look at a scene later on in this episode….so later on I’m this episode our gang falls off a cliff into a river ans as they get out and start walking up the path to get back up the mountain….they encounter the leader of the robot gang…..and shaggy and Scooby-Doo scream which causes tons of boulders to fall down onto the robot….if ur thinking did that kill him? Pfft what do u think? No instead he comes pushing through the rocks and we see how mangled up this robot is….most of the skin is torn off it…skin hanging off, sparks flying out of him in areas, long sharp robotic nails….no lips anymore just robotic teeth and a dead lazy eye starting at them…..Jesus and this is supposed to be a children’s cartoon keep in mind….so yeah this episode gave me nightmares…understandably 

But me saying that I’ll admit this show has some really great episodes……in my opinion….such as this episode…..I do wanna chare a scene with yall….it’s a scene of an episode where the gang go to a Renaissance fair, they attend….there they find out about a dragon who’s causing terror amongst everyone so they start to investigate it…..heres a clip of them running from the dragon…..because u know every episode of Scooby-Doo has a chase scene

Yeah I think yall can kinda see why I adore this show?……yeah I don’t wanna spoil anything else about this show I highly recommend checking it out…..it’s available on HBO Max……especially if yall are a die hard Scooby-Doo fan then yall should check this show out…..honestly I say give this show a watch it’s worth it….if not also creepy…….if ur a die hard Scooby-Doo fan then u will enjoy this…..I’m gonna give this a solid 9.8/10.
