Bongcheon-Dong Ghost: oh jeepers yes y’all read that title right fellas, the Bongcheon-Dong Ghost. I’ve been meaning to get around to reveiw this horror short comic for a while….before now I’ve not had a means to but now since I’m reviewing horror shorts, plus will be making a horror shorts category…I think now is the perfect time to review this horror comic short that scared most of the internet when this came out in 2011 on the internet….
Let’s get a rating out of the way then I’ll post a link to the comic short, give y’all the rundown of the comic then mention my final thoughts of the entire comic….overall I’ll personally admit this, the comic scared the living hell out of me back in 2011 when it first came out….especially since at one point in the comic it takes over ue mouse when u scroll down, and the comic frames move by themselves at the jump scare moments….really giving the reader a heart attack…
Overall I’ll give this comic short a solid 10/10, I only highly recommend it if ur not easily scared…..warning spoilers ahead y’all been warned….also warning I’m gonna show y’all the comic, so jump scare ahead. Y’all definitely been warned..

So the Bongcheon-Dong Ghost is a South Korean horror comic webtoon that came out in 2011 on the internet, in this comic u follow this teenage girl who’s walking back to her apartment at night from studying at school apparently until night….I guess that’s a thing there in Korea.
Anyways so that night this student is alone out at night…no one in sight, but just ahead she spots this woman who has all her bones on her body Contorted….her limbs are all bent, hair is messy.
But furthermore, she’s wearing pink pajamas…..I’m telling u she’s wearing pink…dunn dunn dunn, JK just wanted to get a laugh out of y’all…
Anyways as the teenager is talking to herself about how weird this lady looks…the lady proceeds to turn her head 180 degrees towards her…without moving the body, firstly that scene startled everyone and possibly gave them a heart attack…
Because at that point of the comic u don’t have control over ue mouse, instead the comic takes control and scrolls for u….but what we see is worse, she has pale skin, red demonic eyes, and blood covering her face from her forehead…
I did say what she sees is worse. Anyways the ghost asks where’s my daughter, the girl points in the direction far from them….turns out she just wanted the ghost to get as far away from her….so the ghost shuffles towards that way…
The girl high-tales it out of there, as she turns around and starts running…she hears from behind her “SHE’S NOT HERE!” Then she sees in the corner of her eye the woman running backward to her on all 4s…with her head upside down…
Yes, this part of the comic takes over ur mouse again and scrolls her running towards the screen…the girl faints, and she is found later by people near her apartment…
So some context to the ghost, so apparently the ghost is of a woman who committed suicide after a divorce and after losing custody to her daughter…..the woman jumped from the building, hence why her bones are a mess…also explains why she’s looking for her daughter…
Ok well that was nightmare fuel, I’m definitely spooked..how about y’all? Hope this got y’all into the Halloween spirit….anyways hope y’all enjoyed my review and here’s a tease for the next review I’m working on
