Uncharted 3 Drake’s Deception: Let’s start off with showing y’all the trailers shall we?

Damn!…..so before I go any further let’s get the rating out of the way then I’ll quickly go through the story plot then discuss a bit about the visuals and gameplay…..

First the rating…overall I’ll say

BTW here’s a quick rundown of the plot of the game, I won’t be saying much of the story, I want y’all to experience this game for urself….well focus more on the visuals and gameplay…

“Fortune hunter Nathan Drake is catapulted headlong into an adventure that takes him on a daring trek into the heart of the Arabian Desert in a search for the fabled “Atlantis of the Sands.” This journey pits him and his mentor Victor Sullivan against the occult treachery of a shadowy clandestine organization and its ruthless leader. When the terrible secrets of this lost city are unearthed, Drake’s quest descends into a desperate bid for survival that strains the limits of his endurance and forces him to confront his deepest fears.

So now let’s talk about the characters then gameplay…plus I wanna touch upon a issue I have with this game, it’s kinda spoilery but I won’t talk too much about spoilers….I just need to mention this thing I have an issue with the game…

Nathan Drake: a descendant of Sir Francis Drake, or is he? This game finally brings to light if Nathan Drake is related to Sir Francis Drake or not….spoiler alert he isn’t, instead, we find out as a kid when he was on his own…

He stole a necklace from a museum that is of Sir Francis Drake….this is how Sully met Drake, he was also at the museum….working with the female villain in this game at the time….

Anyways Sully eventually takes in Nathan, basically becoming his father figure…teaching him the ways of being a thief…

We also have his lover Elena, who once was a reporter…now Nathan’s lover who helps on his adventures as well…

The villains are one-note generic of course….u will see what I mean.

Now let’s talk about the downsides of this game.

Remember how I said this series has no logic and characters have plot armor? This game suffers heavily from it, for example near the end of the game when Nathan and Sully find the lost city where they find the villains there…..the 2 of them hide under a river where Nathan uses a small-handed grenade launcher to shoot up at the pillars which for some reason causes the entire city to start crumbling down somehow….

Yeah idk either, heck even the game points this out, while Nathan and Sully are running all while everything is falling apart and so are the floors, Sully says all u did was shoot 2 pillars 3 times and this causes the city to crumble! How? Hey, game just because u point that out doesn’t mean u get a pass on ur stupidity…

Overall I still highly recommend this game it’s worth a play especially if u have a PS4 or PS5…hope yall enjoyed the review
