Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed: 

Firstly I wanna start off with saying this……in my opinion I don’t think we would have ever gotten this sequel remake if the Destroy all Humans 2020 remake didn’t turn out as great as it did….so bravo for the devs for sticking the landing……also I wanna quickly mention unfortunately anyone who has old gen consoles won’t be able to play this sequel….only people who has Xbox Series X/S or PS5 can play this sequel game….but not to worry at least yall Xbox one and PS4 and Switch users can play Destroy all Humans 2020 remake still so there’s that……secondly here’s the trailers I hope yall enjoy

Yeah doesn’t this game look bat-shite bonkers? Well I mean I bet yall knew that thanks to the first game….so this isn’t a surprise……so in this game ur playing Crypto-138 instead of Crypto-137 as u did in the first game…..and this game takes place during the cold war so during when the Russians where the main focus of a threat…..yeah that time period which also has tons of hippies which there’s a lot of in this game, unfortunately……anyways ur down on earth enjoying urself until a missile shoots into space blowing up the command ship including the leader Pox….but luckily he put his memory into a portable computer robot that follows Crypto-138 around…..now I know what ur thinking, finally do we get to start destroying humans? Nooooope instead u sneak around by snatching a person’s body, gather information by sneaking around….then u find out about a plan that the Russians are causing something big, also u find out a cult of hippies are planning to release some kinda gas into the air threw hot air balloons which will mind control everyone and turn them into cult following hippies so u have to prevent that from happening….huh?

Yeah if any of yall haven’t started realizing the biggest issue with this game yet….then let me spell it out for u…for a game called Destroy all Humans there’s nor much of destroying humans in this game….instead u will find urself sneaking around alot, gathering information…..to stop the Russians from activating whatever plan they have……so ur saving humanity basically, oh joy….that doesn’t at all feel to fit with the title….anyways so the main plot kicks into play when u decide to go to Alcatraz in San Francisco which u start out in….Alcatraz in this game has been turned into a Russian base, once u get there a Russian woman comes and saves u before u get attacked….she tells u that she needs ur help to take down the Russians because they evil…..and she is a protector of her country…..whatever that means…..and ur character Crypto-138 agrees to help because he’s Horny…..yeah let me repeat that in case yall didn’t understand it…..Crypto-138 decides to help a human to save humanity because he’s Horny for her……jeepers well ok then

So throughout this game u will find urself traveling to London, Japan, Russia, the Moon….yeah u heard that right…the moon….btw I did forget to mention u will get to kill Humans and destroy buildings in this game…..u only get to kill Russians and sometimes destroy Russian bases……which in my opinion I think I miss the first game by now because in that game I prefers the time period that set in and the game lived up more to its name…..now it might sound like I’m complaining about this game which I am…but also be patient I do have many things I love in this second game over the first game….hold ur bridges

So once u find yourself in Japan, for some reason u get in the middle of a fued between white ninja clan and black Ninja clan which u help the white ninja clan….thwy begin to worship u and expected u would come….ohhh goody……..more helping out people….after a while of gathering some info and destroying Russian bases, well u go to a volcano to try to stop the Russians but instead they release a monster…..jeepers which means boss fight….u get to destroy the monster and oh boy it’s hard, it takes alot of hits to take it down……u better hope u have upgraded and once again do I need to point this out….ur helping people out……

Anyways after that’s done u both go to Russia where u get to finally destroy humans and buildings because there Russians and ur trying to stop them…….shocker, anyways after multiple of blowing up Russian bases, defeating Russians……u make it to the final base where u have to stop the Russians plan which is to go up to the moon and if I remember correctly but plz don’t quote me on this because I’ve slightly forgotten…..but then blowing up the world…..jeepers that’s a bit much, so u Crypto-138 try to stop the launch to the moon…….which kinda fails because the Russian leader goes up to the moon……where u and the Russian lady go up to the moon as well….

Here on the final mission u will have to stop the Russians by defeating mutated monsters and Russians, destroy the bases……destroy the machines, until u make it to the final boss fight where the Russian leader turns himself into a giant monster which u must defeat…….also the monster kills the Russian lady uh oh….so after u kill the monster u go to her and realize she’s dead…..nooooooo, but cut to some time later and Crypto-138 is relaxing on a beach with the Russian lady…..turns out he cloned her and made her his girlfriend…..welpppp ok then, uhhhh u do u i guess……anyways happy ending?…..yeah if u can’t tell in my opinion the story isn’t my favorite….but I do wanna get into the positives so here we go

Positives: well let’s see……firstly in this game u get way more weapons to play with, for example…. a gun that shoots meteors from the sky……yeah that’s my favorite weapon it can cause tons of damage….heck it destroys buildings, also a gun that spawns a monster that comes out of the ground and attacks people…..yeah that one is cool…plus ur UFO also has a few new weapons as well…..plus u can customize ur UFO with different appearances….yeah thats right appearances, u can change the look…..there’s skins to unlock in this game for Crypto-138 and ur UFO….plus if u pre ordered this game u could get a few other skins for the UFO, also there was a Halloween update last year which added a Halloween theme appearance for ur UFO….thats my favorite appearance…it has 2 coffins on it, couple jack-o-lanterns, a heavy metal vibe look to it, spikes on the sides of the UFO…..yeah I bet u see why thats my favorite….

Also as for ur character Crypto-138 u get tons of appearances in this game….heck I’d say between this game and the first remake this one has the most amount of skins avaliable and here’s why, because in this game u get to use the skins from the first game….thats right all the skins from the first game even including the DLC skins…..plus there’s the skins u unlock In this game through story and doing some side quests……plus they released a Halloween and a Christmas update to this game so u have extra Halloween skins and Christmas skins…..yeah thats a whole lot isn’t it? 

Also I love the way u can change skins in this game…..in the 2020 remake u had to enter the mother ship in space to change ur appearance, but in this game all u have to do is press the pause button and there’s a tab u go to change ur appearance…….yeah it’s that much easier……plus u can change ur UFO appearance by pressing the button to interact with it…..I say interact because it gives u a few options….either to enter the UFO, update ur weapons, change location or change skins…….

Also this game is 2 player CO-OP which means u can play with a friend online or a friend locally……..I like this addition because it means u can have ur friends play with u and all that……now onto the negatives 

Negatives: well it’s short and simple so I’ll get to it…..firstly the main storyline to me feels kinda meh…..that’s just my opinion because it doesn’t fit the title of the game like at all…..secondly if u play with a friend unfortunately they can’t have there own UFO to ride in…..yeah isn’t that a let down? Basically u first player only gets a UFO and if u go inside it….welp second player goes inside it as well no choices at all to not do so…….damn

Overall I really enjoyed this game heck I still do….I just go around the sandbox world and destroy things just to live up to the title of the game……I recommend yall to play this game if u have a Xbox Series X/S…….if u have Xbox one well tough shite u can’t play it…….I’m gonna give this game a solid 8/10….worth the try or a watch….
