Star Trek Wrath of Khan: Let’s get straight into this review shall we, no reason to hold u guys back…….so we start off with Uhura getting a distress call from the Kobayashi Maru, which tells of a Klingon attack, so our female Vulcan leader leads the crew into battle against the Klingon army but then we get revealed that the Kobayashi Maru is a test simulation….these are Cadets being trained, where Kirk is overseeing the training….ahhh cool, btw so its Kirk’s birthday and he’s struggling with something…..if and where he truly fits amongst the star fleet command, he us judging his place there his usefulness…..btw that night him and Leonard McCoy have a drink in Kirk’s room where Kirk talks about his doubt about himself…..so I guess all the worst is out of the way huh? Wrong!!

Because while this is happening some different Captain and Chekov (btw I forgot to mention that in this film most or Captain Kirks crew have either stuck with Kirk or been promoted, such as Chekov….he got reassigned to a different Captain) so anyways these 2 get stuck and lost on a sand planet…..wait hold up sand planet, I hope yall remember or read my Star Trek the original series review because guess what? That’s right Khan Noonien-Singh is back, that’s right, also him and men are living in a trailer, which then they grab the 2 of them then brings them in for questioning…..btw let’s talk about the 2 major differences of Khan and his crew in this film…..Khan this time has long grey hair mullet, also him and his crew are wearing raggedy clothing that are either brown or tan or both…..also Khan has way more men this time around somehow, idk how but he does……also Chekov remembers Khan, he says hoe could u do this….Kirk treated u like a guest….anyways we get the most creepiest thing in this film where Khan puts mind control worms into both there ears which we see it crawling up there….ohh God, don’t worry I won’t show yall that scene I have enough dignity to know not to show that to yall…

So then Khan and his men then go on board that captains ship thats called the Reliant….and take it over, now Khan has his own ship….also he is now out for revenge against Kirk for abandoning him on that God forsaking planet……anyways so he goes and locates the USS Enterprise which btw I love this scene because we get to see Kirk’s reaction seeing Khan after all this long here’s the clip

So yes Khan attacks his ship and calls him on the communication bridge where he reveals to Kirk yep he’s out to get revenge on Kirk……Kirk offers to come on board but leave his men out of this which Khan says I’ll agree to ur proposal if and only if u give me all data records on the file called genesis (which if I remember correctly its a protocol to use too well create a planet that’s inhabitable basically) so Kirk starts stalling to pretend he’s finding what they want but instead there getting thw Hyperdrive ready so they can escape…..which they do, but then Khan catches up as well then starts attacking the ship….which then leads to Khan to telport Kirk and his group down to a planet oh and his son….did i forget to mention that he has a son? If i did woops, to leave them to die…..but then he also sends his 2 mind controlled men down to kill Kirk……but that fails……btw down on this planet is the file genesis, keep that in mind

Anyway so they knock out the 2 mind controlled men, which the worms come out of there ears so Kirk ans his men shoot the worms and they disintegrate…..btw here’s the scene

So anyways Kirk calls up Khan to tell him he has failed to kill him again that now he’s gonna have to come down and do his own dirty work but then Khan says maybe i don’t need to try anymore then the genesis file telports to him uh oh which then Kirk says u have genesis but u don’t have me….if u want me dead ur gonna have to come down here which Khan says ohh I’m gonna do something far worse then kill u, I’m gonna leave u on that planet stranded like u did to me and her……and here we get the iconic line from Kirk

“Khaaaaannnnn! Khaaaaaaaannnn!”

So with that out of the way and the 2 previous mind controlled people wake up now they have to find a way off the planet…..I forget how but they get in touch with Kirk’s crew…then they get teleported onto there ship, now wher in the final act of this film…..Kirk and his ship pass Khan into some kinda time warp zone which Khan pursues after them….its now a cat and mouse chase with Lazer shooting and all that…..tons of damage to each ship happening including Kirk’s but especially Khans ship…..but Kirk’s ship is in danger the Hyperdrive has been damaged so here we get the most saddest moment in cinema history, Spoke runs down to the core room to stick his hand into the core reactor which is just freaking radiation basically, his plans to pump start it to give enough energy for the ship to Hyperdrive out of the vortex there in….he’s gonna sacrifice himself…..so he makes it down to the core room where McCoy tries stopping Spock, telling him if he goes in there he will die…..which Spock knows, and as soon as McCoy says I can’t allow u to do this well Spoke knocks out McCoy using the Vulcan death pinch then he whispers something into McCoys ears as he places him on a chair and buckles him up while he goes into the core and sticks his hand inside yikes….btw khans ship got badly damaged, all of Khans men are dead and Khan is badly injured….with his last breathe he activates project genesis also along so blows up his ship as well….btw here’s the clip of his final scene in the film

So as we see Khan has half his face burnt and bleeding and can barley get up….oh and his final words are “no, no u cannot get away….from the hells heart I stab at thee for hates sake I spit my last breath at thee” then he dies which then the ship explodes and so does project genesis also the USS Enterprise Hyperdrives out and as soon as that happens Kirk gets a call to come down to the core reactor room it isn’t good news

So Kirk rushes down there to see what’s going on where he sees Spock is in the radiation chamber I mean core chamber but may as well be the radiation chamber at this point lolo, so anyways Kirk tries to go into the chamber to save Spock but McCoy and Scotty stop Kirk from entering also heres the clip of Spocks death

God this part of the film is really making me emotional I might actually cry…….anyways (sniffs) Spocks last words to Kirk are so heart warming he holds up his hand against the chamber and tells Kirk I have been and always shall be ur friend….live long and prosper…….oh God I might cry, then Spock dies 😭😭😭 nooooooooo

So then the enterprise including Kirk and his son have a funeral for Spock where Kirk says his final words about Spock…..where the entire crew is standing in line on each side of Spocks coffin……btw if ur wondering what there gonna do with the coffin? Well they slowly put it on a cavalier belt while the bagpipe people are playing music where then they shoot Spocks dead body and coffin out into space btw plz keep this in mind….the coffin lands on a planet that guess what genesis just created…..uh oh it actually worked and uh oh can’t wait to see where this brings us next time

For now in my opinion I absolutely love this film it’s one of my favorite Star Trek piece of media….hands down the best, people say Star Trek never had an iconic main baddie unlike Star Wars having Darth Vader, well I point to yall at Khan because he really is up there with the most iconic villians, he’s story arc in my opinion was my favorite…..glad it continued to this film, and God that ending makes me so emotional…every stinking time….btw I rewatch this film alot if yall can’t tell….so im gonna give this film a solid 10/10 I highly recommend it plz give it a chance
